Document Description
Enos Lane Public Utility District received a Compliance Order from CDPH for non-compliance of exceedence of the Nitrate MCL 45 mg/L. While in the process of applying for funding to remediate the nitrate, the wells were recently tested for levels of arsenic in exceedence of the State's Level of Safe Drinking Water, Enos Ln. PUD has applied for SDWSRF to address the water quality problem and bring the District back into compliance.
