Document Description
The project is limited to remediation of three sections of a submarine pipeline system. The pipeline is a single 8-inch diameter steel pipeline measuring approximately 558 feet in overall length from the west bank of the Sacramento Deep Water Ship Channel to the east bank. The project proposes to support the exposed pipe by backfilling the washed out area with 1 1/2" rock to return the washout level with the surrounding contours. Then articulated concrete mats will be laid across the pipeline side-by-side and interconnected at all three pipeline remediation sites. SAA #1600-2010-0145-3.
