Document Description
This project seeks to reduce dangerous buildup of vegetation on a former CalTrans right-of-way, now privately owned. It is within El Dorado County, specifically the Tahoma community neighborhood in the Meeks Bay FPD. Operations will be hand cut and carry only with material being fed into either a towable, or trac chipper for area broadcast or biomass disposal. The towable chipper will work in areas that have appropriate access. The trac chipper, with its recognized low impact 4-6psi footprint, will work the areas not accessible by wheeled vehicle.
