Document Description
Using both state and federal funds the California Department of Transportation will perform pulverization repair of the existing pavement. The existing surface will be pulverized to a 24' width and then up to three inches of new Hot Mixed Asphalt (HMA) will be placed over the surface. Shoulder backing will be placed to match new height. In addition to any paved areas the following pull-out meets CEQA and NEPA compliance for construction parking, staging, and material stockpiling.
