Document Description
The proposed project consists of the replacement of a railroad corssing with a roadway grade separation. The separation will be a roadway viaduct over the railway, 31 feet above the original grade. Existing storms drain system infrastructure that will be displaced by the project will be replaced. The purpose of the action is to improve safety and commerce. The beneficiaries of the project are the public through this public safety measure.
