Document Description
As a requirement of a Cleanup and Abatement Order issued by the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, the applicant plans to remove sediment released from a pond and into an un-named tributary to Porter Creek and within Porter Creek itself. Sediment will be removed from the un-named tributary using a mini-excavator, track loader and hand tools. Sediment in Porter Creek will be removed using only hand tools. All sediments will be removed from the stream and placed in designated areas. The applicant will also remove a cement spillway "plug" from the dam in order to allow the pond to drain naturally.
