The improvements include installation extending the existing eight (8)-inch force main that presently terminates at State Street and Sutter Street to Center Street and North Valente Road, a distance of about 3,200 feet. The pipeline will primarily be located in either County or State road right-of-ways. A license agreement to cross the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way will also be required.
