Submittal of a ballot measure to amend the Berkeley Municipal Code to allow residential medical cannabis collectives to have up to 200 square feet of cultivation, to allow up to six locations in the Manufacturing District for collective to cultivate medical cannabis (not to exceed 180,000 square feet in total), to allow a fourth dispensary, to require dispensaries to be at lease 600 feet from public and private schools and other dispensaries, to permit new and relocated dispensaries only in Commercial Districts and to change the makeup of the Medical Cannabis Commission, and to change the makeup of the Medical Cannabis Commission and to permit the Council to adopt other amendments.
