Document Description
Design Review Permit DR10-030 to repaint the existing blue trim on a restaurant building "Orange Brick" (BHG515) and for two new vinyl signs on plywood which read "The Columbia Grill" as follows:
1. One 3-foot by 5-foot detached sign on a new Douglas fir and redwood frame to be placed in the same location as the existing detached sign; and
2. One 2-foot by 6-foot attached sign to be placed on the facade of the building in the same location as the existing attached sign.
The 0.5+/- acre parcel is zoned C-O:D (Negihborhood Commercial:Design Control Combinin) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
