Document Description
Permit 15379 was issued to Town of Yreka City (City) on May 17, 1967. The City filed a petition for change to update the place of use described in the existing water right permit to reflect existing uses. Additional connections may be made on an emergency basis to residences outside of the City, but only to exisitng structures pursuant to the terms of section 12.04.242 of the Yreka Municipal Code.
