This is a planning proect to develop the construction of four (4) additional filters, sludge handling system, taste and odor control systems and other appurtenances to enhance the current Stockton East Water District 60 MGD Dr. Joe Waidhofer Treatment Plant. The treatment plant facility has been in operations since 197 providing potable drinking water to the Stockton urban area. Stockton East Water District has applied for Tier 2 Planning Funds from the California of Public Health, Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund.
