Document Description
The project proposes two Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for the CHP's Fort Tejon office site. The first measure (lighting) includes replacing existing inefficient indirect light fixtures with lower wattage higher efficiency light fixtures throughout the building. Exterior high pressure sodium light fixtures will be replaced with lower wattage lamps. This ECM will provide energy efficiency upgrades. The second measure includes replacing three existing rooftop packaged DX coil units with HVAC units with high efficiency units of equal capacity.
