Document Description
Issue two easements to Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) at Columbia State Historic Park to install and maintain two 36" X 72" pad mounted switches for underground power lines. Easement dimensions are as follows:
1.) 17.55' L X 10' W
2.) 36.25' L X 15.01' W
PG&E will notify DPR at least one week prior to performing work, including routine maintenance, within the easement boundaries. Advance notice is not required when responding to an emergency; however, DPR will be notified as soon as feasible after PG&E personnel arrive at the site.
