Document Description
The project is limited the removal and replacement of a failed retaining wall that protects the banks of Alder Creek. Removal of the 110 foot retaining wall will require the excavation of approximately 81 cubic yards of foundation and the placement of 134 cubic yards of concrete material as well as the replacement of approximately 120 feet of sanitary sewer line. The sewer line will be placed at the tow of the retaining wall on the right bank.
