Document Description
Repair a section of the unpaved patrol road for the San Diego Pipeline No. 4 and 5 at Station 1723+80 within the Santa Margarita Ecological Reserve (Reserve). The road, which is maintained by Metropolitan, is used by Metropolitan staff to access pipeline structures along San Diego Pipeline Nos. 4 and 5 and by Reserve staff to access monitoring equipment within the Reserve. Metropolitan proposes to perform minor grading and bring in clean, crushed rock to restore an approximately 300-foot stretch of patrol road north of the Santa Margarita River to its previous condition.
