Document Description
This project consists of the replacement and installation of a new 1000 gallon 2 stage plastic septic tank alongside the existing concrete tank site no less than 10' away from Fleming House. No new trenching will be required except for the line from the house to the tank and it is in a previously disturbed area that is at equal depths. The original seepage pit will be used. The original concrete tank will be pumped and back filled with native soil derived form the newly excavated septic tank surround.
