Document Description
Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction and operation of a temporary concrete batch plant in the on the subject parcel that would be used to produce materials to complete the Interstate 80 surface improvements between Bear Valley Road and Hampshire Rocks Road. The plant operation would consist of a self-contained unit. Raw material would be imported to the site for use in the concrete production. The imported material, which would consist of powdered Portland cement, sand, rock aggregate, and water, would be mixed and transferred into concrete trucks for transport to the construction site.
