After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is statutorily exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15262 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the project consists of a planning study for possible future actions which have not been approved or funded. Prior to approval, funding and implementation, environmental review of the project would be conducted.
