The United States Army Garrison Presidlo of Monterey proposes to withdraw a 12.39-acre parcel from a lease with Monterey Bay Military Housing and re-lease this property to a private developer for potential construction of a medical service clinic to serve veterans and military community on the Monterey Peninsula. Fifteen buildings comprising 21 residential rental units on the property would be conveyed to the developer as a part of the land lease agreement.
