Preparation and approval of the Revised Draft for Public Review IR15 Feasibility Study/Remedial Action Plan, Investigation Area C1, Lennar mare Island, Vallejo, California (FS/Rap) by the State of California Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The FS/RAP proposes remediation of soil and groundwater contamination at Installation Restoration Site 15 (IR 15). This area is part of a larger parcel (called the Easter Early Transfer Parcel) that was transferred from the Unite State Department of Navy to Lennar Mare Island, LLC (LMI).
