The FS/RAP proposes remediation of soil and groundwater contamination at Installation Restoration Site 15 (IR 15). This area is part of a larger parcel (called the Easter Early Transfer Parcel) that was transferred from the Unite State Department of Navy to Lennar Mare Island, LLC (LMI).
