Document Description
NOTES: Review Per Lead Install and operate 3 natural gas fired engine-generator sets (300 kW total) with absorption chiller and small cooling tower cell to allow waste heat recovery and use within SMUD's existing Central Heating and Cooling Plant. A large, trailer mounted, zinc bromide flow battery will be included allowing 500 kW of battery power for up to 6 hours before recharging. Utility infrastructure currently exists at the site. The local APCD has issued an authority to construct as a ministerial action.
