Document Description
This project is a tentative subdivision map to divide 89.17 acres into five lots and a remainder for residential use. The Planned Development Permit accompanies this application which requests the following exceptions: 1) A single 10,000 gallon water tank in lieu of 2,500 gallons for each parcel, 2) Modification of the dead-end road length limit from 1,320 to 1,870 feet, 3) Request to utilize a "T" turnaround in lieu of the normally required circular turnaround for the first phase of development. The project may be recorded in two phases. If phased, the first phase will consist of Lots 1 and 2 with the remainder, and Lots 3, 4, and 5 will constitute the second phase. The temporary turnaround will satify fire-safe turnaround requirements for the first phase.
