Document Description
This project is a tentative subdivision map to divide 89.17 acres into five lots and a remainder for residential use. The Planned Development Permit accompanies this application which requests the following exceptions: 1) A single 10,000 gallon water tank in lieu of 2,500 gallons for each parcel, 2) Modification of the dead-end road length limit from 1,320 to 1,870 feet, 3) Request to utilize a "T" turnaround in lieu of the normally required circular turnaround for the first phase of development, and 4) Modification of the minimum parcel size through density transfer.
