Document Description
Conditional Use Permit for the development of a 62' tall cellular communications facility in the R-1 zone. A Special Permit is also requested to allow the proposed tower to exceed the 35' height limit. The "mono-pine"-style pole, proposed equipment shelter (approximately 180 sf in size), and concrete pads for a future diesel back-up generator and propane tank, will be located along the south-western boundary of the approximately 2-acre parcel. The proposed pole will utilize a "stealth" design that is manufactured to look like a conifer tree. The tower is designed to allow room for co-location by another carrier. All antennas will be hidden within the "branches" of the "monopine". The applicant has submitted evidence indicating that the antennas currently proposed will not exceed the FCC's standards for public exposure.
