NOTES: Review Per Lead Minor Subdivision, Coastal Development Permit and Design Review to authorize construction of three building: 1) a 5,600sf Nature Center with a variety of interpretive exhibits, including 30,000 gallons of public aquarium that inspire environmental appreciation and identify challenges and solutions to area resources; 2) a 4,200sf marine conservation research laboratory, and; 3) a 1,400 sf essential support facility. The project also includes site grading that will involves the movement of 17,357 cubic yards of soil on site; construction of two gravel parking lots; two gravel surfaces driveways and drive-isles; 1,061 linear feet of gravel surfaced pedestrian trails; installation of an 80 foot long bridge spanning a wetland ditch; restoration of approximately six acres of gravel covered former log decks with native prairie.
