Document Description
The proposed project is intended to develop a new church worship center and associated facilities on a 2.3-acre project site in Downtown Clayton in order to serve the Clayton Community Church congregation. The project is designed to include a mix of uses, including retail and office uses, and is intended to accommodate activities beyond basic worship services. As part of the project, the existing structure on the site (formerly the Pioneer Inn) would be demolished and four buildings would be constructed, comprising approximately 42,000 sq. ft. of interior space. In addition, 54 parking spaces would be provided on the project site.
