The primary objective of the proposed project is to develop a new church and associated facilities on the subject property site to serve the Clayton Community Church congregation and the local community. The project would result in the demolition of the former Pioneer Inn building and the redevelopment of the site with 4 buildings, including a 500 seat sanctuary, retail and office space, and associated facilities. The proposed buildings would comprise ~42,000 sf of interior space.
