Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Board will be issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for this project. The project consists of: (1) decommissioning the existing wind energy facility; (2) installing new wind turbine generators; (3) constructing turbine pads, foundations, and towers; (4) improving existing roadways, including grading and installation of access and interior roads, and constructing local access roads; (5) installing power lines; (6) installing up to four new meteorological towers; and (7) installing six new and two reconstructed culverts. Construction will take place during dry conditions. No wet concrete will be placed in to waters of the United States.
