The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2019-0112-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Viracocha Wind, LLC. This overall project involves installation of 13 new wind turbine generators (WTG). The project covered under the Streambed Alteration Agreement is limited to the installation of one culvert, a culvert extension and collection lines at seven sites within the project area. All temporary work areas would be restored following construction.
