Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wild life (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0337-R3 Amendment 1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Jiddu Tapia/ Altamont Winds, LLC.
This project involves installation of up to 26 new more efficient wind turbine generators (WTG), improvements to related infrastructure and roads within an existing decommissioned wind site, and removal of existing below grade turbine foundations that obstruct placement of Project facilities.
The Amendment includes changing crossing type of SD-21 band SD-36 from Horizontal Directional Drilling to open-cut trenching. The collection lines will be placed within a 60-foot-wide work corridor for the two-collection cable run.
