Document Description
Napa Junction II, LLC, herein referred to collectively as the project applicant, proposes a GPA and Rezone from Light Industrial to Community Commercial on property within the City of American Canyon. The GPA and Rezone would facilitate the development of the proposed Napa Junction Phase III project which would include the construction of up to 143,500 s.f. of retail, commercial, and office floor space under the auspices of a Design Permit, CUP and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map. Schools: Napa Junction Elementary; Donaldson Way Elementary; Canyon Oaks Elementary; American Canyon Middle School; and American Canyon High School.
