Document Description
Napa Junction III proposes a total of 143,500 sf of retail commercial and office floor space on the 18 acre site, allocated as follows: Retail-94,500 sf, Office-25,000, Other Commercial-25,000 sf. The project has been separated into three discrete areas (A, B and C), and is expected to be developed in multiple phases. The proposed development will occur on a 13.8 acre portion of the site. The remaining 3.2 acres will be left as a natural open area, with constructed wetlands.
