Document Description
The project includes two different General Plan amendment changes and two different Rezone requests filed and processed as a joint application on 12.9 acres. Nevada City Tech Center, LLC has requested a general plan amendment from Employment Center to Mixed Residential and a rezone from LI-DA (light industrial - Development Agreement) to R20PD-SP, maximum of 27 primary residential dwelling units (Multiple Family Residential with two combining zone districts of Planned Development and Site Performance with a maximum of 27 primary residential units) on a 10.9 acre portion of the subject site. The purpose of the project is to provide workforce housing in close proximity to the employment development uses within the Nevada City Technology Center and Thomson Grass Valley development.
