This is an application for a Use Permit for the existing Universal Life Church of Chico (Church) on a 10.56-acre parcel. The project will utilize an existing private well and septic system. Access to the Church is from Los Verjeles Road. A 16-foot wide driveway will serve the Church 50-space parking lot, and overflow parking area. The main assembly area of the Church is approximately 2,800sf and will have an estimated occupancy of 150 persons. The activities of the Church are described by the applicant below. The total attendance at these activities will be limited to 200 persons.
