Document Description
The project consists of a General Plan Amendment to change the San Jose 2020 General Plan Land Use/Transportation Diagram designation for the property from Village Center and Public Park/Open Space to Village Center on the entire site. The project also includes a General Plan text amendment to increase the residential cap in the Evergreen Specific Plan from 3,031 to 3,181 units. The project also proposes a rezoning to A(PD) Planned Development to allow for the following mixed-use development: - Up to 150 residential units, up to 75,000 sf of commercial retail uses, and up to 25,000 sf of office uses.
