The Grass Valley Redevelopment Agency (RDA) is proposing a new amendment ("Fourth Amendment") to its redevelopment Plan. The amendment will add approximately 565 acres to the existing RDA boundaries and increase the tax increment revenue cap and bond debt limit for the Redevelopment Plan.
