Project consists of construction of a water pipeline from Knox Road east on Florin Road, north on Eagles Nest Road, either east on Kiefer then north along to a tank site on the west side of Flosom South Canal, or east along an unknown property line to a tank site west of Folsom South Canal, or east on Douglas Road to a tank site south of Douglas Road on the east side of the Folsom South Canal. The project is intended as a conjunctive use water project to serve the communities of Mather Field, Sunrise Douglas, and Rio Del Oro.
