The proposed project is the City of Antioch 2007-2014 Housing Element, which identifies and analyzes existing and projected housing needs, and articulates the City's official policies for the preservation, conservation, improvement, and production of housing within the City. The Housing Element has been prepared in compliance with state law. Upon adoption by the Antioch City Council, the updated Housing Element would serve as a comprehensive statement of City housing policy and provides a specific program of actions for implementation.
