Present Land Use
Project site is an existing street right-of-way. Adjacent general plan designations and zoning are residential and commercial.
The propose project would improve 5,400 ft of existing El Dorado Street in the City of Stockton. Improvements would include new street center, new curb, gutter, sidewalk and landscaping and addition of pedestrian improvements and public art to the existing Calaveras River bridge. The project would include an amendment of the El Dorado Street Precise Roadway Plan Amendment to reflect proposed improvements.
