Document Description
The propose project would improve 5,400 ft of existing El Dorado Street in the City of Stockton. Improvements would include new curb, gutter, sidewalk and landscaping and addition of pedestrian improvements and public art to the existing Calaveras River bridge. The project would include an amendment of the El Dorado Street Precise Roadway Plan Amendment to reflect proposed improvements, and an amendment of the Stockton General Plan to reflect an anticipated reduction in traffic levels of service.
