Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0328-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Santa Clara.
The City of Santa Clara will conduct routine maintenance activities in an unnamed drainage channel (Eastside Retention Drainage Channel). The Eastside Retention Drainage Channel is 3,780 feet long and 25 feet wide. This channel will be mowed annually to a height of 4-6 inches above the ground using a Marsh Master with twin hydraulic cutters. Vegetation will be raked, loaded into a dump truck, and disposed of offsite.
