Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of the Enchanted Resorts on the 88-acre project site. The resort would feature 110 hotel units (grouped among 36 cottages), 20 club residences, 13 one-acre residences, public restaurant and bar, event facilities, spa and swimming pools, and parking and support facilities. Offsite recycled water and sewer improvements would be installed. The project required approval of a General Plan Amendment, Rezone, Vesting Tentative Map, Conditional Use Permit, Development Agreement, and Timber Harvest Plan/Tree Harvest Permit.
