Document Description
The "project" analyzed in this Initial Study/negative Declaration is a request for cancellation of a Williamson Act contract for an approximately 2.0-acre parcel (the Fazzare parcel) and the adoption of a Williamson Act Successor Agreement for an adjacent 72-acre parcel to the south (the Staib parcel). The parcels are located near the intersection of County Road 98 and County Road 29, between the cities of Woodland and Davis. Both parcels are currently under a single Williamson Act contract.
