Document Description
Compost Solutions, Inc. has applied for an amendment to Conditional Use Permit 2006-006 to allow an increase in the annual tonnage limit at an existing composting facility from 30,000 tons to 50,000 tons, including between 12,000 tons of biosolid composting and the future construction of a 3,750sf on-site bagging facility at their existing composting facility. The following composting feedstocks, bulking agents, and compost additives are proposed for collection and processing at the compost facility: Green Materials, Animal Manure, Biosolids/Septage, Commercial Fertilizers, Agricultural Waste, Drilling Mud (non hazardous), and Biomass Ash. The existing facility occupies approximately 28 acres of the parcel. The existing footprint will not be expanded with this project.
