The project site is currently developed with the 35,057 square foot Vallejo Elks Lodge and associated improvements. The Vallejo General Plan designation for the site is Retail and the majority of the site is within the Pedestrian Shopping and Service (CP) Zoning District. The parcel that comprises the southeast corner of the site is within the High Density Residential (HDR) Zoning District.

Document Description
Redwood Parkway Partners, LLC (the project applicant) proposes to redevelop the site with a discount grocery store (WinCo Foods), with a building area of approximately 71,393 square feet and associated 400 surface parking spaces and landscaping. The WinCo Foods store would operate seven days a week and up to 24 hours per day, with the exception of Christmas Day. The proposed project would require the following discretionary approvals: Site Development Permit; Environmental Review, and a Major Conditional Use Permit.
