Proposed is the construction of two, two-story Academic Buildings, totaling 56,371sf with maximum building heights of 32- 1/2 feet, referenced as Buildings A and B on approximately 2.8 acres. Building A encompasses 30,975sf to be used primarily for humanities except for some physics and geology classrooms. There will also be some general purpose classrooms and office space. Building B will have 25,396sf to accommodate sciences and mathematics with science laboratories on the first floor and general purpose classrooms and office space on the second floor. Construction of the buildings is projected to being in June 2011 and completed in the first quarter of 2013.
