NOTE: Extended Review Per Lead to end on October 6, 2010 The project is a General Plan Amendment to update the Housing Element of the Concord 2030 Urban Area General Plan. The Housing Element update includes a revised statement of goals, policies, quantified objectives, land inventory, and schedule of programs for the preservation, improvement and development of housing on a Citywide basis.
