This project proposes to increase the safety of the traveling public and correct the deficiencies of the existing bridge over Alameda Cree at post mile 13.0 to 13.6, approximately midway between Fremont and Sunol, by replacing the bridge with a new bridge structure. The new bridge will be wider and incorporate shoulders into the design.
