Construction of a 66/12 kilovolt (kV) substation and associated 66 kV subtransmission lines. The substation site would be ~ 5-acres on the southwest corner of Grangeville Blvd and 71/2 Road, near Hanford, CA. Three new 66 kV subtransmission line segments requiring ~ two miles of a new subtransmission lines would be constructed.
