The applicant requests the granting of a Coastal Planned Development Permit to construct a single family dwelling and accessory structures on a previously graded pad. The requested permit would be constructed in two phases. Phase 1: Construction of a 698 square feet guest house, a 236 sf pool with utility building and 1,117 sf shop/garage. Two sea cargo containers, with a total footprint of 640 sf; two trailers, with a total footprint of 200 sf and one generator with a total footprint of 72 sf are also proposed with phase 1 of the project. Phase 2: Construction of a 161 sf shed/carport and a 5,580 sf single family dwelling.
